New Version 3.8 of Personal Assistant for iPhone

This week, both Personal Assistant and Personal Assistant Premium  received updates in the iTunes store. Version 3.8 of the Personal Assistant includes a variety of updated features and improvements to make it easier than ever to keep track of all of your online accounts in one place. Among the new features added are:

  2. Push Notifications added to the free version
  3. Improved means of adding new accounts
  4. Improved user interface

TripTracker Takes Off on iPhone

Today, we released our newest product—the TripTracker and TripTracker Pro for iPhone and iPod touch. TripTracker puts all essential travel documents in one place and assists you through every step of the journey, giving even the busiest traveler peace of mind. Not only does TripTracker manage flight and hotel itineraries – it also checks destination weather and maps to hotels, keeping travel harmonized with just one click.

One Million U.S Registered Smartphone Users and $10M in Funding

A few weeks ago we celebrated our one millionth U.S. registered Smartphone user and announced that we have closed a $6.5M new round of venture funding. The round was led by the leading Israeli Venture firm Pitango Venture Capital and brings the total raised to date to $10M. Pitango Partner Eitan Bek has join our board of directors.

One million registered users is a big milestone for us, and it clearly shows we are the leader in mobile personal information management. We are thrilled to have Pitango as a great partner for us as they understand the potential of the market we’re addressing and they have been big believers in the mobile space since the beginning.Pitango has extensive experience in working with companies that have their technology team based in Israel and will help us become a household consumer name.

We also announced that Jim Scheinman has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Scheinman was previously Bebo’s first employee and a member of the board of directors, where he played a critical role in its sale to AOL for $850M. In his role, Scheinman will be responsible for overseeing business strategy, business development, sales and marketing.

Mark Goines, former GM of Quicken/Intuit and early investor and board member of Mint, also joined us as an investor and advisor.
